Shipping Options
We could deliver boards by express or by air depend on your requirement. Express companies we usually deliver are DHL (default), UPS, and FEDEX.To choose shipping method:
• Prototype or small quantity: By express.
• Medium quantity: By air or by express. We recommend air freight if you don't need an urgent delivery and it's easy for you to get from airport.
• Larger quantity: By air.
Shipping Time
Our delivery rate is 99%+, that means we can deliver boards as you expected. However, the shipping time sometimes can be greatly influenced in the light of following things, such as extreme weather, post office delay, customs clearance, local protest etc. At this moment, we are incapable of guaranteeing a timely delivery, but we will perform the best on our side.
Shipping Charge
The shipping charges for your parcel can vary from region to region and by the weight of your order. Moreover, it does not include customs duties and taxes in the designated country since that varies from a number of parameters. Actual shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process.
Notice:
All items are inspected and carefully hand-packed before dispatching.
When receive your package, please check the content of the parcel before signing for your goods. Attention please! Once you signed for your boards, we won't be responsible for any damage which may be caused in transit.
We will ship according to the shipping address you provided. Please tell us any address change before your order is marked "Shipping" to avoid parcel loss.
Payment
JR offers 3 payment methods:
PayPal
1. With PayPal, you can send online payment quickly and securely.
2. Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or bank account balance.
3. Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal's site where you could make the payment.
4. Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.
5. Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). We can't see your credit card number (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.
Credit Card
We support VISA and MASTER card. In order to pay by credit card, you will be required to enter your credit card number with the date of expiry once you reach Checkout. We accept Visa and MasterCard
Wire Transfer
We are also happy to accept Wire Transfer payment but if order lower than $1000, Paypal is prefer.
For order > $2000, Wire Transfer is preferred. In this circumstance, 3% extra discount will be applied for the grand total (subtotal plus all additions and deductions, shipping fees excluded).
Wire transfer payments usually take 3-5 business days to clear. We will not ship your order until your payment is verified by our bank. Please send a copy of the Wire Transfer receipt to our customer service, it is not sufficient to release an order, but will help to push the delivery date.

1. Please choose the payment method that is suitable for your needs.
2. Cancel orders: You are liable for the cost parts that have been purchased or expenses that have been incurred prior to canceling an order.
